- We start with a free Clarity Call — a short conversation to hear where you are and figure out whether this is the right fit. If it is, we begin with a Seed Session: a focused working session to name what you're carrying, find what's actually in the way, and map what comes next. You leave with it written down. Your fee comes off the price of the program if you start within a month. From there, sessions are built around your goals, your pace, and where you're going. No generic process. Just real, focused work that moves you forward.

Thrive by Design came out of a simple conviction: you were someone before you were productive. We start there.
