90 minutes of teaching, honest conversation, and community — led by Ashley. Each session follows the six-month curriculum arc so every gathering builds on the last.
The Gold Moment
Every session includes a Gold Moment — where Ashley speaks directly over the group, calling out what she sees emerging. This is the part members talk about for days
Monthly Theme Resource
A guide, worksheet, or framework tied to the monthly theme — something you keep and return to. Not filler content. Tools that actually work.
Private Community
Access to the Circle's private community space between sessions. A place to process, share, ask, and be seen by people who are doing the same work you are.
Quarterly Guest Speaker
Once per quarter, Ashley brings in a faith-integrated marketplace leader for a real conversation. People who have answered the "is there room for me?" question with their lives.
First Access to Retreats
Thrive Circle members get first access — and a reserved seat — when the Thrive Retreat opens. The Circle is where the community begins. The Retreat is where it deepens.
The six-month arc
From the inside out — by design.
Every month builds on the last. Months 1–2 are internal: who you are, why you're here. Months 3–4 are the hinge: how you express your gift and sustain yourself. Months 5–6 move outward: how you lead, earn, and leave something behind. The arc repeats every six months — each time deeper, each time more.

Identity

Rest
The people who change the world are the ones who know how to stop. This month teaches the theology and practice of sustainable rest — not as a reward, but as a discipline.

Leadership
Kingdom leadership is not about position. You're already leading something. This month, you see that through a new lens — and expand your vision of what's possible.

Legacy
What are you building that will still be standing when you're not in the room? The full integration — monetizing your gift, leading with your values, and leaving something behind that lasts.
